Yes, you can cancel any booking with at least 12 hours notice before your scheduled check-in. Please note that a standard cancellation charge always applies (Platform Fee + 5% of Micro-stay Price + applicable GST) to cover platform and partner costs. Cancellations made within 12 hours of check-in, or no-shows, result in the full advance payment being forfeited with no refund issued.

You can choose "Pay Now" to pay instantly via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) or "Pay at Hotel" to pay on arrival. Both options are available for most hotels.

It depends on the hotel. Each listing clearly shows which amenities are included in the day-use rate (e.g., Pool Access ✓, Breakfast ✗). Always check the amenities section on the hotel detail page.

MasterKey is our free loyalty program. You earn Coins (5.5% of booking total) on every booking. Coins can be redeemed as discounts on future stays. The more you book, the higher your tier (Bronze → Silver → Gold), which gives you earn multipliers up to 2x.

Yes! On the checkout page, you can enter any guest's name and contact details. The booking confirmation will go to the email you provide.
